Reports can be submitted anonymously – such reports will be considered. However, in the case of incomplete reports, where it is impossible to contact the reporting person to provide additional information, there is a risk that the report will not be resolved.
Each report is protected from unauthorized disclosure. The report will be received by a designated LTG Cargo Polska Sp. z o.o.. The data of the reporting person is protected during and after the proceedings, and those reviewing the report refrain from identifying the person who submitted the report anonymously.
All reports will be carefully considered in accordance with LTG Cargo Polska Sp. z o.o.’s internal procedures and applicable law.
