Making history: LTG Cargo Polska transports cargo independently to Germany

LTG Cargo Polska has officially begun conducting rail freight operations in Germany independently after obtaining a Single Safety Certificate (SSC).

The certificate authorises LTG Cargo Polska to transport cargo by rail in Germany and operate routes across the country.

The first historic journey is taking place this week, travelling from Baborów, Poland, to Lünen, Germany. The train consisted of 39 wagons loaded with wheat, with a gross weight of 2,999 tonnes.

This milestone expands LTG Cargo Polska’s efficient freight transport network, connecting Poland, Ukraine and the Baltic States — and now Germany. For our customers, this means more reliable services, shorter transit times, smoother coordination, greater flexibility and efficiency.
